Terms of Service

_{By purchasing a commission from me, the artist, you will be agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions.
Please, take some time to read through them to avoid any complications.}The artist:
_{- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and/or use it in my portfolio;}_{- I retain all of the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.}_{- In case of severe complications, I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any given time for any reason;}_{- I reserve the right to reject any commission for any given reason.}The customer/commissioner:
_{- You must be over the age of 18 to commission the artist;}_{- You may post, share and use the commissioned artwork you get from the artist in any non-profitable way, unless discussed otherwise beforehand;}_{- You are allowed to request a full refund in the event of the artist not providing any updates on your commission within the time period of 2 months;
^{This only applies if and only if the failure to contact you is from the artist's end, if your account gets deleted or if there is an inability to contact you unrelated to the artist, this clause is null and void.}}_{- You may sell the artwork as part of an Adoptable if you request and discuss it with the artist beforehand;}_{- You may not make any profit from the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent; (reselling, make prints, tokenize, etc.)
^{Should you want to use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purpose, please contact the artist about it at any time and an arrangement may be possible.}}_{- You may not alter, edit or make changes to the artwork without the artist's consent;}_{- You retain the rights to all of the Intellectual property (IP) provided and owned by you.}Payment & Process:
_{- Payments are done through Paypal;}_{- You may pay in full after the sketch approval, and in some cases, you may pay in half after sketch, and half before receiving the completed work;
^{If your commission is just a sketch or multiple sketches, payment is all done upfront.}}_{- You may ask for up to three minor changes upon the sketch delivery, any further changes, small or big, will be **charged **accordingly;
^No further changes will be done beyond the sketch, so make sure to look carefully before giving it your approval.
If a change has to be made due to a mistake by the artist, it will be done free of charge. ^}_{- You will be receiving updates on any progress made on your commission, unless you request it to not be shown until complete;}_{- At the end, you will receive the highest resolution .png file (or any other file type that may be more suitable) available of your commission, together with any alternate versions or edits, if any;
^{In the event which the platform used to deliver the final product is not capable of handling the file due to it's size, the artist will instead deliver a lower resolution version but the OG file may still be requested and sent by email if needed.}}_{- Completetion time to finish each commission may vary a lot depending on the contents and current queue. I may take occasional breaks for a couple of days from work due to mental health and to ensure I keep my motivation going forward, sorry if any inconvenient is caused.}
